Update fixing some issues in HTML version

Uploaded Updated HTML version: replaced depreciated mouse+keys event handlers by more appropriate, itch.io-friendly ones, plus minor adjustments like centering the canvas. After losing focus, the canvas must be clicked to regain keys action.
