Small update
A number of things were optimized:
Grass colors match better the ground. Although, some finetuning is still required.
Terrain textures made brighter.
Grass color saturation increased. Grass patches now are tainted not by brightness of the ground anymore, but by color, resulting in amped up individual saturation.
General attempt to increase contrast and depth perception.
Lowpoly tree texture resolution doubled.
Cameraheight increased.
As there is a problem with fog and alpha textures in copperlicht, a fog substitute was added, impacting the framerate somewhat, but adding depth nicely. That being said, the dark trees are an unfinished job and a way has yet to be found to solve the lighting issue of ultra lowpoly trees, in order to be able to fade in nearby lit hipoly trees, in terms of LOD.
