CSP Game Engine: Full 2021 release and open source.

Head over to https://jfkeo1010etc.itch.io/csp-game-engine-reloaded , the engine as a tool has it's own itch.io project now.

This contains 2 demo levels with the tools bugfixed for win10 etc. (as mentioned in recent updates) and now also the sourcecode.

This release concludes my attempts to update the engine to a working state for current machines.
